Our 4kw laser offers precise cutting and ensures a clean edge on your parts. We currently offer cutting up to:

Our 4kw laser is highly efficient enabling us to offer better lead times with excellent cut quality and accuracy.
The laser is also able to perform an etching service with is suitable for bend lines, part identification. This is very beneficial if you have large scale production in mind.
CNC Milling Service Capabilities
From prototyping to full production runs. Our 3 axis milling centres will allow you to produce highly accurate and quality parts to meet even your most stringent requirements.
At Iota Manufacturing we have a very efficient CNC Press brake. The press is rated up to 40tonne and can bend up to 2metre lengths of material (Mild steel, Aluminium and Stainless steel).
We have a few variations of v-die blocks and punches (top tool) available, but it really depends on what your requirements are. We have a unique ability to produce tooling needed but it is limited to large scale production numbers.
